Northwood features 8 miles of hiking trails near High Point, NC. This network of trails is not necessarily scenic, but it does offer nice wooded hiking paths. However, recently part of the trail was clear cut. Beware of high mountain bike traffic.
Off of Hwy 68 (Westchester Dr) in High Point turn onto Lexington Ave. (toward Hwy 109). Turn right at Northwood Elementary School. Entrances are at back.
